Just got my G502 wireless mouse

How do i get a refund on it? Should i say package was empty or some other excuse tell me

No dont say different mouse, when they laid it on your door say there was no packages, i asked my neighbours they didnt have it. I worked in Customer Service they dont gaf

Its not good, they have contacts to the warehouse and make a internal search protocol on that matter before they eventually refund (when they do it right) you but you could get away with it when your history is normal but best would be to say you didnt get it at all. A tip, you may have luck when some indian gets on there and just refunds you, better will be to call there if you hear indian accent and when not hang up and call again

unsure if old method works but basically order nailpolish and a product on amazon choose ship together complain it broke amazon support never requests photos
