Only finns and Northern Scandis, if Scandinavians have gook look they probably have Sami ancestry, it’s very rare I see gook-looking people, they are more common in the north of Scandinavia, and if they are they are always from Finnmark or Troms. Samis migrated from the east and settled in Northern Scandinavia. Most Scandinavians are Germanic
