I took 5000 U or 40 mg of Lactase and im about to drink half a liter of pasteurized milk cuz i wanna get into drinking raw milk. Normally i drink lactose free goyslop but i want to have a jewish diet even though i despise them.

Do you think i should take another tablet or just give it a try and then suffer?
