I'm getting rhino in 1 month and I'm not scared of the rhino itself I'm scared of the anesthesia since there are many risks that come with it. Anything I can do to prepare myself and feel safer going in?

no, just accept that it's out of your control and that it's gonna be fine.
The small percentage that experiences complications with anesthesia are old people with chronic illnesses.
