Scared of growth stunting, anything to lower it?

So look, I wanna start going to the gym, problem is that I’m still a teenager. I’ve heard that with the gym you can injure your growth plates. Now I know, “you just have to have proper form and you won’t get injured 🥸”. But what do I do if I’m attempting a deadlift PR, mess up, and I won’t live a life past 5’10?? Very scary. Are there like any peptides or drugs that could potentially prevent the chance of it happening. I’ve heard of peptides heal ligaments and tendons but I’m not sure if it would work the same way.
 
Just dont lift super heavy
