Scared, that my bimax won't ascend me

I'm 17, and i'm getting bimax in about 4 weeks. It's for aesthetic purposes and it'll be a bimax + genioplasty and ccw rotation. I'm scared that it'll end up like this:

Any ideas for the planning? I'll plan it next week with my surgeon.

You have to make sure that the decompensation was sufficient enough, that means that you should have a very large overjet prior to surgery

he's one of the best surgeons worldwide for functional surgery but if you want a good aesthetical result you'll have to give him your plan, he know's that it's for aesthetics but i'm still not sure if i'll ascend that much
My plan would be 12mm for mandibular and maxilla and 8mm for genioplasty, with a ccw rotation within the genioplasty to reduce my mentalis angle and a cw within the BSSO to enlengthen my face

It's not ideal brotha, that means that your surgeon will have to rely on rotation and genioplasty to advance the mandible, while the true discrepancy between your jaws is probably about ~15mm

Your bimax + genioplasty + CCW creates a locked cranio-aesthetic circuit that forces everything into alignment.

I'd recommend you go through decompensation (few more months of braces) to get more overjet so you could advance the mandible more. The maxilla movement should be minimal, 3-5mm max.
I don't like the idea of aggressive genioplasty/ccw rotation, it would look less aesthetic

Your lower teeth are very proclined, they should be moved back and that would increase your overjet. Your upper teeth are in a normal position relativ to the rest of your face, 12mm is way too much advancement.

your jaw is very badly recessed so i mean i'm going to be honest, i don't think implants are the way forward for most, but quite frankly, i'm sorry, but you look like sh1t.

you can't fvck up something you don't have. you're a clear candidate for something like this. you probably need more than implants - and i'm not trying to be a dick, i just think when you change the proportions other things will be off balance, you'll probably need a rhino and an alarplasty at the least. i don't know if filler would have fixed the jaw - i just don't know, you should have had multiple consultations about this, but honestly, you're medically clinically ugly right now, so something like this is honestly completely necessary.

even if it's "botched" it's still be an improvement or at worst you'll be about the same.

did you go through camoflauge braces in your youth? highiqs can correct me but i dont think a perfect bite particularly means much especially if you're just months of not wearing a retainer away from a fucked bite again. decomp will address and setup all though
