Scared to bite the bullet on accutane

I’m usually pretty low inhib with most of this stuff but the one thing I haven’t hopped on is lower dose accutane, my main 2 concerns is the purging and not being able to drink alcohol, does anyone have any remedy or experience with either issue? I need booze to lower my inhib for slays and I can’t purge for 4-6 months and look like a retard.
Maybe tret instead?

the purge isnt that bad if you start at low dose and if you want low inhib just take pregabalin to lower inhib when you go out> I was scared asf to take it but its really not that bad, fearmongered. All i can say is you need lip balm but everything else is cool

I second this. Tret purge is worse imo and it works worse too. Also the liver sides are hella fear mongered I drank a bit when I was taking 80mgs per day and my liver bloods were fine.

Yea I wouldn’t worry about the accutane then you might have more liver toxicity to worry about

Had reasonably okay labs, planning to cut down to half of my usual consumption, the issue is my tolerance is high

Just take other shit to lower inhib alcohol rapes your health. If you really need to drink just drink less, take low dose accutane and use drugs to make up the difference.
