Scared to hop on retinoids

I am very scared to hop on accutane or tret or tazarotene as ive been using epiduo soolantra and doxyccline which are already pretty strong oral and tropical creams now if i touch my face it turns very red as its super sensitive if i hop on strong retinoids am i going to be okay okay gonna double down on sensitivity and even increase the damage more?

start with low doses of tret then build up once ur skin gets used to it
