Scared to live on my own

My mother conditioned me to be dependent on her and isolated me from every relative that I have except the relatives that came out of her hole. So while most of you had a grandfather, or a grandmother, or an uncle, an aunt, cousins, a dad etc. I didn’t have that. I basically only grew around her and whatever came out of her. That’s it. I was not allowed to spend any time past 8 pm outside until I was 18.

I feel horrible about myself for not being able to go live on my own and find a companion. Any recommendations?

Therapy exposure. You have to do it eventually... realize you cant be tied to anything or anyone. Embrace the free will of sub 8PSL incels tbh ngl

I myself wish I didnt have to live on my own. In certain way, im scared of having to do it always. But yh thats my present and future for now.

Enjoy her company but dont enable yourself to not be independent, successful and such...
