might be a stupid ass post but need an answer i cant tell if this is acne or scars because the right side of my face clears up but this cheek wont. scars or acne?

both, some acne and also hyperpigmentation from previous breakouts, they don't look deep tho so they'll fade and your face won't be destroyed
