Scary looking

Im 19yo guy, and i assume im like medium guy , so i should be able to get some girls etc. My height is pretty bad, not ideal but i dont really mind that. My social skills are fucking ass, i've tried to train them in dating apps, omegle etc. Many people call me nonchalant, quiet and mysterious, but the truth is that im pretty shy to new people. I got some kind of ADHD, or concentration disorder. Went to tests, and the bitch was so annoying so i quit them there, and did not go into further research. I have messaged a lot of girls lately, but they keep calling me "Scary looking". No clue is it my social skills, or the fact that i have very masculine face, or somewhere square one. I literally hate, that people claim me like scary, quiet one. They look me, like i've had commited a crime or somewhat. Everytime i smile i look fucking stupid with my fucking rounded cheeks. I have debloated pretty good, but it shows very good when i smile. I've always hated smiling cuz i look fucking stupid. So is there anything is should do, to not look so scary, or have somekind of role, that people wouldn't look me like i've killed a fucking family ? I dont have any kind of tattoos or something like that. Okay maby my clothes are pretty dark everytime, but could that help with this ? No clue, asking help from here then.
