TBH he had some really bad failos. Long nose, cylcops-cel among others. I think he was quasi unsalvageable without some gnarly cranio-facial surgeries.

The problem is that a ban on underage users is unenforceable. They would just lie, and we'd be none the wiser. You can tell by their horrible posts, so horrible posters should just be banned.
