Is bring scared of kids/babies an incel trait I am terrified of them calling me ugly or crying whenever I encounter them

Even tho this has never happened to me and in fact kids/babies like me I have a bad self image of myself and feel way uglier than I actually am (6’0 mtn) and I feel like if this ever happened to me this is proof i am subhuman

I don’t even hold eye contact with randoms anymore cause I don’t want them seeing my face
And I’m not incel cause I have been approache before
