Spent one year recruiting members for a school club with barely any members. Grew the club exponentially. Worked hard and showed up to club meetings, events, and helped plan field trips. Got position as a treasurer after lots of dedication. Mtn vice president retires. I decide to run for vice president after him. On the day of the election a random fucking mtb foid decides to run for treasurer, gets the position then quits it to try to run for vice president. All my friends try to vote me in but normal ass club members decide to vote her even though I’ve only seen her at 3 club meetings, obviously my sub 5 face and subhuman height decided the vote at that point. She wins and gets vice president and I’m left with no roles. Knowing my place in this shit system this shit should be expected and this is my pathetic ass life, should I still try to stick with the club just to put it on applications. After I finish wageslaving this will be one of my biggest motivators for lls as this life is genuinely unlivable.
