i live in Vietnam. People here usually have to ask their family before buying things (at least in my family) and i don’t want to waste my dad’s money because he works so hard to feed my family

yes. it's better for your mental health too. just be lean and wait till you have enough money to actually get effective compounds, treatments and surgeries.

I visited Hanoi in 2013. Spent about a week there. 12 days. Gorgeous city. Wanted to make it my home but I was young and couldn't stay put. I'm from USA but had just spent two years teaching in China. Got addicted too Ice in Cambodia.
