you should listen because another person's opinion can improve your point of view
you should listen to a person even if he doesn't have an higher degree of education than you to understand what's their insight
you shouldn't listen to a person if you are sure he's trying to manipulate you
you should always listen to a person with a superior knowledge to improve yours
you should speak because it is important that you give voice to your opinions
you should speak only when you're sure what you're going to say isn't false based on your logical architecture
you should speak because what you have to say might be funny or interesting
you should speak when you can make people have a better understanding of a subject or a problem
