School is ruining my mental state

I just finished finishing a fuck ton of homework, only to find out I have another reading assignment for Spanish due in under two hours that I haven’t even started . I will just not do it, but it’ll make my grade go down and my parents will question me again about missing assignments and lecture me about putting in more effort.

I just can’t fucking do this bro it’s too mentally draining to wake up at 6am to do schoolwork and sit in class all day until I go home just to do more homework until late night. The worst part is I can’t just mentally disconnect in class because my classes are actually hard so I have to be mentally engaged all day and it’s really hard.

The combination of this and all my stress from assignments and tests, and my lack of sleep for on it are fucking my mental health and probably lowering my T also

I might be overthinking or just in the wrong state of mind, but either way I’m still in the wrong mental state and I can’t fix it

I’m majoring in nuclear engineering
It’s much harder than high school because I barely did any honors/AP classes and I never learned to apply myself so I don’t have any good habits
I use ai a lot because half these professors are worthless and it’s difficult material
