i was unable to gain weight and i was 125lbs and 5'4 for almost a year

for the past 2 months i've been using the school lunch method and have gained 14lbs and grew 2.1inches

before you say "muh muh puberty... im a fag" keep in mind i haven't gotten any taller or gained weight until i started doing this

here's how it works:

go put it where you're going to eat

get a SECOND lunch

"i have to pay for a second lunch" just take second lunch and walk out

eat both lunches. (better drink both milks too, prepare to piss for the rest of the day)
