do you think 16 is to old for a schwarz expander.
im pretty sure my maxillas not that fused, because i saw a xray ( i dont have photos) , also couldnt i help open the sutures or at least loosen them with chewing, and plier pulling?

because schwarz expanders are cheap, you dont have to drill them into your skull unlike MARPE, and MARPE is 8k whereas a schwarz expander i can just buy only right?

Go to a ortho to ask for a xray and there opinion on if it’s open or not then decide but maspe or marpe will always be better

I dont want marpe or maspe tho because theyre both like 10k.

i mean i would love it but my family is very poor and i cant even afford braces, thats why ive been researching DIY orthodontics

son any expander that doesn’t drill into ur skull only does dental tipping unless ur genuinely 1-5 age, ur wasting money if u do get one and tooth tipping, chewing pulling anything like that won’t do anything ur 16 boyo, unless like I said ur 1-5 age yes, if u really needed expansion for a medical issue they can cover it but depends on how severe ur case is, u have troubles breathing or js getting it for aesthetics?
