Anyone have rehabilitation exercises for sciatic nerve pain? Wondering what worked best for you. It usually expresses itself as lower back pain that shoots down toward the foot. It comes from a bulging disk or a struck nerve, usually made when squatting or going too heavy on deadlifts.

Already implementing stuff my own research online, and have a doctor referral set up.

Sometimes I get it when I sit for too long for a couple of days.
What worked for me is walking, running, leg training in the gym and stretching
Doing just static stretches gets you more pain, exercise is the way

do these, it helps actually. take couple weeks rest and you will be new
