it shows two things

1) degrading the androgen receptor through dermal application in DP cells csn and does work and it works better thsn anything in mice who respond well to control(minoxidil)

2) the most important aspect in my opinion is thaz with their delivery mechanism of dissolving microneedles (this is a tiny needle in the microscopic real that cannot be seen with bare eyes. the needle is coated with the drug and the needle actually dissolves within a few minutes in the skin) they achieved non detectable drug concentration at alll times during treatment with multiple applications of the protac. that means it is indeed unlike pyrilutamide or topical finasteride a localized treatment.

kintor is developing a protac too and i am sure itnwill work but personally i am highly sensitive to anti androgens going systemic and they already said that a small amount goes systemic and that might be an issue
