Like omfg i love how they will genuinely goon till 3 am wake up at 6 and then just eat whatever slop they have just to critcize ppl for not having an optimal split, most of them are fat/skinny losers with shitty physiques. In my opinion if u want to gymmaxx just optimize ur sleep, diet and work with a split that u will be the most consistent.

Some of it gets taken too far but I agree with the general principles.

4-8 rep range for 2 hard working sets and 1 warm up set is what I do for everything.

Recovery is easy and I've progressed very well.

Will not catch me fatigue maxing doing 4x12 PPL

So every sport apart form body building can use sicence and not evolve?

Well ofc bro if ur already eating good sleeping good, but the types of ppl i meet are genuinely shitty in everything, and i agree ofc its optimal and shit but its too far to judge newbies they would gain nearly same size even with ppl tbh

Yes its retarded as fuck but I have 2 SBL friends and theyre both jacked as fuck while natural so I can’t say that it doesn’t work but it does look and feel pretty stupid

But if I ever start going to the gym again I will be doing sbl

Yea some are really cool guys ofc but like some of them are just fucking tiktok heads and they still lack the recovery from sleep so their optimal bs can go fuck itself
