I’VE BEEN AWAY FROM THIS FORUM TO GROW. NOW IM BACK WITH THE BEST POST IN THIS DECADE.
Hey everyone,
This is a follow-up to my post from a year ago where I first hinted at a personal experiment I was undertaking. I know many of you were skeptical, and frankly, so was I at first. But I'm here now, absolutely blown away by the results, and ready to share what I've discovered.
So, basically, I have myself discovered and developed a method that genuinely increased my height at the age of 20. For context, I hadn’t grown an inch since I was 19, and like most of us, assumed my growth plates were completely fused and that was that. I started when I was 20 and 4 months old now I am 20 and 10 months old.
I have been doing it for 6 months and in 6 months I have grown from 6’2.5” to now a nearly reaching 6’4”. IN FKING 6 MONTHS.
I’ve been diligently measuring myself (MID DAY!!!, before activity, against a wall with a proper setup) and even had my height checked by a doctor on a couple of occasions, and the numbers don't lie (doctor updated my medical chart from 188 to 192 cm and was surprised that I grew lol)
(I am already 6’4 and even some mm above, but only in the morning and all measurements on the photo were made at least 4 hours after waking up over the 6 months time, so this is true day-evening height)
As a fascinating, and frankly, unexpected side effect, I've also noticed a general improvement in overall vitality and other markers of male health, which I believe is a testament to the comprehensive nature of this regimen.
How did I do it?
This took me about a year+ of gathering knowledge to create. I had to cut all the BS and develop my own method that you won’t find on this forum or anywhere on the Internet.
This isn't magic. It's not a single pill, a strange stretching device, or some quick fix. What I've put together is a highly structured, synergistic approach that combines everything that you truly need to affect the height grow in every physiological way possible in a safe natural way (no stereoids or any other shit)
