Do I need infraorbital rim implants or lower eyelid retraction surgery?
If I am certain I can eliminate sclera show with lower eyelid retraction surgery, then I should proceed with it?

For under eye, people keep talking about fat transfer. But it’s really difficult someone who offers this?

It depends on what’s causing it. If you have negative orbital vector, you need infraorbital rim implants. If you have neutral or positive orbital vector, you probably need some type of lower lid retraction/blepharoplasty.
@Gaia262 and @herring got infraorbital rim implants if you want to ask them about it.
@Amnesia got a lower lid retraction done. Idk anyone here who got a canthoplasty/plexy done.
