I have the same problem I was thinking about getting saddled infra orbital implants to fix my disgusting sclera show and hollow under eyes but now I’m thinking about getting fat grafts and canthopexy as a safer option. Implants are so tricky, basically nobody designs good infra implants, they are almost always too big and people get botched mostly because of that. The cons outweigh the pros for infra orbital implants it seems.
