Scleral show, any tips?

Im gonna do ptosis surgery so dont worry about uee, but the scleral show. Do I do lower lid retraction or can I train the muscle in some way?

A lot of ppl saying its too risky to do it

I looked at some of Dr Tabans before after and some look weird after lower lid retraction, what do you think?

it’s easy to fix with lower eyelid retraction and it’s pretty cheap surgery

u think so? you dont think my eyes will look too ”open” if I just correct the ptosis without doing a lower lid retraction aswell?

I guess its not the hugest failo by itself, I was mostly wondering about it because if I do ptosis surgery I dont want to end up with too ”open” eyes afterwards
