I've seen a lot of people here say that the cause of scleral show is bad undereye support but ive seen a lot of people with shit undereye support (bone wise and fat wise) with no scleral show?

It's one of the most harmless eye area flaws unless very severe. You ought to have an overall good PFL : PFH ratio (3.0 and above), scleral show is detrimental to that but doesn't make it impossible.

could be different causes often its a soft tissue problem (be it skin laxity or fat pad related)

with others its more of a muscle problem or a combination of both

the lack of bone doesnt contribute that much when it comes to scleral show
