She also has bulging eyes and after orbital decompression her scleral show was reduced.

Its natural that scleral show will decrease when eyes will stop bulging out of orbits.

going for taban ... and not doing the full job.... i never can understand normies
she needed, lower eyelid fillers, lower eyelid retractation, upper eyelid fillers, plus her decompression btw.
Implants could have been a plus but not necessary.

Need lower eyelid retraction to tighten lower eyelid.

canthopexy is the equivalent of lower eyelid retractation i believe : it tighten the lower eyelid and make the tilt better.

It will make difference, also good surgeon will insert infraorbital rim implant to improve your undereye support so your lower eyelid will not fall

No way, thats a 1 PSL increase, eye area and the mandible are two key areas of the face
If they’re good, and you arent fat and bald you are already above average
If she wore contacts now aswell shed slay
