some type of lower lid support/retraction repair would probably work but you could also do a fat graft.

idk about this I still wonder is it normal or not because in normal life i don't have scleral show ,maybe when i am focused, or relax like every muscles around my eye area will i get it.Or maybe this is caused by some sleep deprivation that made me tired,i sleep like 4 hours a day

do eye massage work tho?I mean the ones that prevent my eyes from looking tired
not really hoping it would change the structure

If you don’t see it in normal life and it only shows up when you’re tired or really focused, it’s probably not a fixed flaw. Sleep deprivation can definitely make the under-eye area look more hollow or show a bit of sclera just from fatigue.

You can also lightly train the orbicularis oculi muscle, but it won’t change anything structural.

It’s more a fixable thing than permanent if it comes and goes.
