Fuck this, I suspected I had scoliosis due to uneven hips and shoulders, and body slightly shifted to one side, but I thought my spine was straight, but now I've taken pics and can see a curve

There doesn't seem to be any reliable treatment and the worst part is it gets worse over time and can lead to height reductions since your spine gets more curved

In a few years you'll be grateful, they will put a metal pipe and you will be 2 to 4 inches taller srs

Matters, why you have it.
genetics = not fixable
environment (bad posture) = fixable

It will only get me height increase if I've already lost height because of it, to get back to baseline height (i.e. current height)

Also I live in Jewnited kingdom and the NHS is failing, and the surgery privately is expensive

Excuse the high bf. I pray that it’s bad enough so that I can get surgery to get taller. First picture is me trying to stand with normal posture and second pic is my usual posture

Fuark scoliosis is brutal
I'll probably try and get a referral to see a hospital specialist, but they will probably do nothing, and it's not really treatable in adults, except one study I've seen where wearing a brace lessened the progression

I don't understand why there's not more legit info. When you search treatment or scoliosis in adults it just seems to be a bunch of snake oil chiropractors trying to sell braces and get you to come to them for treatment

No you don't
In the first pic you can clearly see a C shaped curve to the left
And from the front my hip asymmetry looks subhuman

It's lifefuel if I don't have it though, I can't deal with shrinking

Yes, I have/had the same issues. I thought I had scoliosis last year so I saw a physiotherapist. Nothing was found other than tight muscles / lack of mobility from the gym.

And even if you have it, it just doesn't matter. It's so mild that I didn't see it until you told me where to look. I bet you can fix it via postural training and deadlifts.

@optimisticzoomer Now that's scolio
Yes but there are different types
Plus since it's a degenerative condition, the earlier the treatment the better. Except no useful info for adults seems to be available

Damm I have that to so I'll be possibly 6"8 to 6"10 should I just live with it I think 6"10 is to tall

at least 80% of people have scoliosis
