GENETICS...pure and simple....there were ppl in my grandma's village that looked 20 yr younger no matter what they did and ate, and the only "looksmaxxing" they prob knew was washing themselves

Yea its brutal , some people do fuck all and still age better then someone applying every youth maxxing serum possible.

Another good analogy is how those with good bodybuilding genetics can mog someone taking steroids. Brutal but you can see for yourself dutch, German, africans and blacks build more muscle then some of these tik tokers doing sarms and roids.
