This it’s a problem of modernity not culture. China, Russia, Europe, Japan, and the USA are all facing this despite rapidly different cultures. Just as the agricultural revolution caused great change in social dynamics for people so will the modern industrial.

With women working it makes it much harder to raise kids and they have become an economic drain. I’m guessing the gov is gonna have to subsidize stay at home parents with an income as well as pay for their upbringing.
