Anyway sdar is better than ldar because after ldar sessions you feel like complete shit, and for me personally i gain hella weight because i eat straight slop while i ldar

Literally just came off a 2.5 week ldar with no breaks after getting kicked outta summer school because i didn’t wanna go since i was a fat bloated pig from oral minox and 500 Test
But yeah anyway i feel a lot better now after quitting the ldaring and having a sdar instead!
