Justin knew how to evolve with the industry, while Sean Kingston kinda stayed stuck in the late 2000s era. Plus, Bieber avoided major career-ending scandals, while Kingston kept running into legal and financial trouble. Classic case of wasted potential

Not really wasted potential because his career was basically over but yeah he could have just chilled with his millions of dollars. I like his song “Me Love.”

It probably didn't help but there are plenty of successful artistes that fit that bracket so it can't be the only point of failure.
