And ideal ratio is 1, but in this ratio you are supposed to have a 14 mm philtrum (from forward growth).
So a recessed 1 midface ratio (let's say with a 10 mm philtum) is actually long as fuck.
Finally a thread explaining well theMidface ratio.
And i also want to use this thread to say that we need a new ratio usng the ipd and nose length (from the ipd to the ans) because the philtrum length can varies and thus makes the midface ratio useless to define proportions attractiveness.

Hum so i guess you need to surgically impact your maxilla ~7 mm over the anterior nasal spine. (i don't know exactly how much as i don't know your ipd)
Your maxilla orbital portions are a lot higher than your ans in a straight forehead position. What you want is to impact your maxilla untill your ans reach a similar level as your maxilla orbital portion.
It's performed in Korea. Hope it's possible for 5 mm.

Do you have pct when your forehead is perpendicular to the ground ?
To make sure put your forehead on a wall and then keep this position tonsee yourself on the mirror to know if basically only your viscerocranium is lengthened.

As you know downward growth occur mostly under your maxilla orbital portion.
Impacting over the ans is the key.
Sphenoid bone and palatine bone and back part of the maxilla are stil highly placed,only the front of the maxilla lower part collapse so the myth telling us we need to cut the skull is so low iq...
And most of the time nct comes from a sloping forehead angle.

-Your huge lower lip is doing all the work due to your deep bite that force it to do so to close your lips, so your upper one stays highher and is less used (which is why your upper lip may be atrophied and your lower lip huge).
If you weren't recessed you wouldn't have a deep bite, and you would have had better lips.
-And if your upper teeth are hidden by your upper lips it's because your philtrum is so recessed that your soft tissues have no supports so they fall on your teeth.

Fixing your lip posture from a better occlusion and getting philtrum forward growth will allow your upper lip to be more active while still showing your lower teeth from the maxilla forward growth that would stretch the soft tissues a bit more.

Am i right @Sergio-OMS ?

No, recession doesn't always means downward growth but most of the time it does as weak tongue is correlated with a bad jaw posture.

and on the front pics his ears are way lower than his brow ridge and he has nct.

On straight forehead postures ears are higher than the brow ridge and peoples usually have positive canthal timt (nct canthal tilt on a straight forehead posture is really rare as it means that even the bones on the back side are elongated
