You go to the basketball court and you tie some either rubber bands or something more sturdy in the pole that holds the baskets and you take a few steps back and you pull and possibly add two more rubber bands as knots and you add weights to it like this?:

Just the theory that your skin doesn't need a skincare. You have a good sebum quality and balance. Having a skincare while you have 0 skin issues is like using a dandruff shampoo when you have 0 dandruff.

Diet theory? No and we prooved that one million times
Sebum theory? Yes but not only the amount of production but composition : the more oleiq acid you have the worst it is.
