what is wrong with my mouth area

i've always had a problem with philtrum and nasolabial folds wich were mostly due to malar fat pad but i'm kind of lost on why it looks like i'm a duck when showing my 3/4 profile i've noticed this in multiple under average black people, their mouth is projecting a little too much and it makes...

Projected cheekbones. Having that curve from a 3/4 profile is generally a good indicator.
