Sebaceous filaments

My nose has always been relatively oily, but recently i have noticed that its getting extremely shiny and oily throughout the day, particularly at school. My skin is completely clear, but i always have a slightly red and very oily nose. I was looking into accutane but im not sure how that would work as im out in the sun very often for sports, and dont want to have to layer sunscreen constantly. Anything i should try out?

Just keep a tiny tube of spf in ur backpack it’s winter anyways

Tretinoin/Accutane/Salicylic Acid product... any work
