How can I get rid of Sebaceous Filaments, they fuck up my whole face, I've tried salicylic acid and niacinamide for months, didn't help. I've tried accutane that didn't help. I'm trying azelaic acid right now since I've read that could help. My whole mid face is full of these fuckers. My skin is clear for the most part but sebaceous filaments ruin it.
