How to get rid of sebaceous fillaments on my nose. My skin is pretty clear, i dont have a lot of acne.

Would simple double cleansing work?
Is accutane the only true route?

I've got a similar issue, I have pretty good skin but super obvious sebaceous filaments on my nose and less so on areas to the left and right of my nose. I've been using adapalene gel for a bit now and I'm currently using it nightly and have been doing so for about a week, It's showing good results but if I miss a day it seems to become more obvious again. idk if the adapalene is actually the reason I've been seeing the changes though, it might just be because I'm cleansing before and moisturising after which I used to do but not every day but the adapalene should start to show benefits within the next few weeks I hope so if you want I can update you. As far as diet is concerned I haven't noticed any variation in sebaceous filaments as I've altered my diet but it is something worth checking for yourself. I'm planning on getting on ghk soon since that could help too but I will wait a bit to see if adapalene does anything on its own first. As for double cleansing, I tried it for about a week and a half and didn't see anything that I wasn't seeing with regular cleansing so I can't recommend but maybe I didn't trust the prosses enough
