How to fix them
As we all know these skin disorders are generally derived from genetics. Most doctors will tell you that they will never go away, but they will alternate remission stages with relapse phases.
Well, I can assure you that this is bullshit
The main reason for their cause is your hormonal profile, which in most cases is horrible. The ideal would be to maintain a testosterone of at least 800 ng/dl.

I’ll tell you how I solved the symptoms and made seborrheic dermatitis disappear in my case:
1) diet. Take more care of your diet, eliminating processed industrial foods and loads of gluten. Use good fats and noble proteins. Use complex carbohydrates rich in fiber mainly near training
for example useful foods could be oats, quinoa, black rice, salmon, chicken, eggs, red meat, almonds, nuts, greek yogurt...
2) supplementation to support the diet. Important is vitamin d to support testosterone
Recommended supplements are vitamin D, omega 3, probiotics, zinc, biotin and melatonin
3) sleep well and qualitatively, helping you with melatonin
4) weight training at least 4 times a week to increase total and free testosterone. IMPORTANT, I got to 1078 ng/dl
5) skin products. Washing hair every other day with different shampoos, a healing one to avoid the proliferation of bacteria and a neutral ph to keep the skin hydrated and not stress it too much since it is very sensitive
My personal recommendations:

Valetudo Div Biogena Mellismed Bioshampoo - 125 ml

1696767541486

You can easily find it on amazon. This is the healing shampoo

LIPEROL® Olio Shampoo pH 5.5

1696767697361

Alternate between the two and you'll be fine. Wait a couple of weeks and you'll be surprised.

I've seen lot of ppl here complaining so I made a thread
As I said, my seb derm only "disappeared" when my testosterone was undetectable. For most people, high androgens and Low E exacerbate this condition. Diet can definitely help, but what's the point of restricting your food options just to keep your skin in check? Life's too short for that imo

for me it was the complete opposite. And having a healthy diet and high T is more than having your skin in check

I don’t know bro when I started going to the gym and my seborrheic dermatitis went away on its own. Also I’ve never had acne, but when I started eating more protein I noticed some of it in my back. Eat more balanced
also several research showed that dermatitis, psoriasis etc. may be caused by hypothyroidism so low T😇

What about in women? My girl has this shit on her foot. I imagine High T won't be the solution in her case

Probably it’s a fungal infection and she might have to take cortisone creams bro

Sadly it's diagnosed psoriasis bro, runs in her family. When it appears cortisone creams do little to help, injections are the only thing that makes it go away but eventually it comes back.
