How to fix them
As we all know these skin disorders are generally derived from genetics. Most doctors will tell you that they will never go away, but they will alternate remission stages with relapse phases.
Well, I can assure you that this is bullshit
The main reason for their cause is your hormonal profile, which in most cases is horrible. The ideal would be to maintain a testosterone of at least 800 ng/dl.
I’ll tell you how I solved the symptoms and made seborrheic dermatitis disappear in my case:
1) diet. Take more care of your diet, eliminating processed industrial foods and loads of gluten. Use good fats and noble proteins. Use complex carbohydrates rich in fiber mainly near training
for example useful foods could be oats, quinoa, black rice, salmon, chicken, eggs, red meat, almonds, nuts, greek yogurt...
2) supplementation to support the diet. Important is vitamin d to support testosterone
Recommended supplements are vitamin D, omega 3, probiotics, zinc, biotin and melatonin
3) sleep well and qualitatively, helping you with melatonin
4) weight training at least 4 times a week to increase total and free testosterone. IMPORTANT, I got to 1078 ng/dl
5) skin products. Washing hair every other day with different shampoos, a healing one to avoid the proliferation of bacteria and a neutral ph to keep the skin hydrated and not stress it too much since it is very sensitive
My personal recommendations:
You can easily find it on amazon. This is the healing shampoo
Alternate between the two and you'll be fine. Wait a couple of weeks and you'll be surprised.
