Just did Aqualyx on my cheeks and Submental region for the second time
This session went a lot smoother and better than my last
- First Session
Materials:
Aqualyx (Obviously)
Injectable Lidocaine 2%
29 Gauge 8mm Insulin Syringes
Skin Marker
Alcohol Pads
Surgical Gloves
Topical 5% Lidocaine Gel + Plastic Wrap
Beforehand
I washed my face, Dry it completely I then apply 5% Lidocaine Gel to the areas I will be injecting, then cover it in plastic wrap.
Meanwhile the area is numbing up I start filling up the syringes (Took me about an hour). I combined 2mL of 2% Lidocaine into a 8mL vial of Aqualyx. I used 52 Syringes in total. After all of that is done wash your face again to remove the Lidocaine and then start mapping out your grid.
Cheeks
This is the grid I drew for my cheeks
I did 16 injections in each cheek (32 in total). Injected 2mL of Aqualyx and 0.5mL of Lidocaine 2% in each cheek. Each syringe was filled up 15.6 Units, which would be 12.5 Units of Aqualyx/3.1 Units of Lidocaine split. Injected at a 45 Degree angle, injecting from different sides depending on where the injection mark was as it made it easier. I remember last session this hurt like a bitch, and that slowed me down a lot as I would have to take breaks in between. As it hurt injecting it in and the actual aqualyx sting once it was injected. I often backed out and caused a lot of unnecessary blood. With the help of both topical and liquid Lidocaine, this shit was absolutely painless. I speed ran this shit with no pain or difficulty and lastly minor to no blood. I wiped the area with alcohol after every injection.
Submental
This is the grid I drew for my Submental Fat
I did 18 injections in this area. Injected 3.6ml of Aqualyx and 0.9mL of Lidocaine 2%. Each syringe was filled up 25 Units, which would be 20 Units of Aqualyx/5 Units of Lidocaine split. This area is much less painless to do and prob doesn't even require Lidocaine. Its also less risky and in my opinion easier to do. The ROI for submental dissolving is pretty good, any semi dedicated looksmaxer should do it.
After
Put everything in a box and throw that shit away. Wipe your face with alcohol to disinfect the injected areas. Then I washed my face again to get rid of the Markings. Apply Arnica Cream/Gel to help with swelling then LDAR and wait for swelling to go away
My face was already leaner from twinkmaxing from Reta + Cagri, now it'll be even leaner and more MTBs are bound to be slayed in the name of Gandy
