Okay so this is speaking for the future,
I'm currently on a 500mg test cycle and im on week 5 but when I come off, what should I run next? I'm doing 15 weeks for first cycle.
I just turned 18 im 5'11 and im currentely at 146lbs and im 3 months into the gym
also if you have any suggestions for workout splits for aesthetics and building what people actually care about that would be great but heres my current split
everything is done with 2 sets high volume to failure aiming for 4-7 reps for majority.

plate loaded shoulder press
cable lateral raises - lower volume higher reps 8-12
tricep pushdown
overhead tricep extension
leg press
leg extension
incline dumbbell curl
reverse curl - lower volume higher reps 8-12
1-2 ab workouts (just started implementing)
Posterior
wide grip lat pulldown
t-bar row
pullover machine
reverse pec dec
hamstring curl
calf raises
back extension
dumbbell preacher curl
dumbbell hammer curl
wrist curls - lower volume higher reps 8-12
