In my own experience 200mg is the best dose 400mg it’s good too. I’ve felt tired and lazy at the gym on dnp. Stims help alot but post gym you crash heavy.

Yes, your goal to lose 10 pounds or 4.5359237 kilograms of pure fat with an energy deficit and 2,4-dinitrophenol may be achievable.

I have used 400 milligrams of 2,4-dinitrophenol per day for some days in the past, but I could not tolerate 400 milligrams for many days. I felt weak all the time. I would drink 4 or 5 litres of water through the day and still feel thirsty. I eventually stopped using 2,4-dinitrophenol and threw all the capsules in a bin because my hands and feet started to burn all the time, and the scleras (white parts of eye) of my eyes had a slight orange tint on the far sides.

2,4-dinitrophenol also has the worst smell and taste ever. I hated tasting and swallowing it. I was gagging from having the powder exit the capsule and go on my tongue. Just thinking about it makes me shiver.

I plan on using it again, but at a lower dose of 200 milligrams instead of 400 milligrams like I did in my past.

There were no post side effects. There should not be any after you discontinue using 2,4-dinitrophenol, and it leaves your system after some days.

I was talking about my own experience.

The post side effects were certainly there for me after day 1 of discontinuing using 2,4-dinitrophenol. I still felt tired and weak and thirsty. What I meant is that there were no and should not be any post side effects after a few days of not using it and having it eliminate from your system.

200mg is not enough to lose 10 lbs to fat in 12 days. the most you can lose in 12 days running that dose would probably be 5-6 lbs at most if youre doing 1-2 hours of cardio. make sure to have an antihistamine on hand for allergic reaction and for sleep. benedryl works well, i like this brand. https://www.genexa.com/products/kids-diphenhydramine-allergy-liquid

the way i like to do is it i take 100mg per 45 min walk i go on. so i can manage two 45 min walks that day ill do 200mg, the if i can do 3 walks that would be 300mg. this way it will motivate you to move your ass. ive done DNP at 750mg for 2 weeks, and the method i described above (the walking method) works even better than high dose DNP.

our ancestor used to walk all day. walking burns fat and is relatively easy to do unless you have ankle/knee problems or severely over weight. if you are unemployed or a student just walk all day on DNP you will get shredded

Yes, the dosage below was 50 mg higher however I am pretty confident my metabolic rate is higher than this ngas

ok that works too. think i lost like 20 lbs running 625mg for 3 weeks back in 2022. But the rebound on DNP is brutal. I made the original DNP thread on this forum back in 2022 but i dont take it myself anymore. Ive rebounded at least 50% of the weight back over the next 4-5 months after every DNP cycle ive done.

TBH DNP is great for very obese people but its not a sustainable method of staying lean. unless your goal is to get lean and then be ready to eat way less calories then you were 2 weeks ago and sustain that but thats just brootal.

DNP almost works too well, and if you are not adjusted to your new body weight you will overeat likely. This is why reta works so well beacuse its fixing the root cause of weightloss which is caloric intake. the other root cause is metabolism. so if you can find a way to increase your metabolism while also not eating like a fatass then you will be lean for life quite easily.

ray peat says coconut oil allowed him to go longer between meals by increasing his thyroid function. i made a thread earlier today.

So something like taking thyroid supplement daily and eating more coconut oil will be more sustainable than DNP in the long run. Althrough DNP is very great for rapid fatloss if you need to get lean before a certain date.

yeah you can take a thyroid supplement while on DNP. i didnt use to take daily thyroid when i was running my DNP during those times. although one cycle i used 25mcg t3 daily with my DNP and that was the best DNP cycle i ever had. I think t4 is important too so t3/t4 combo is better for daily use. i take 1 grain daily of thyroid it hasnt made me lose weight but i can go longer in between meals without losing my mind i think t4 is very important also if you hypo and not just t3.

yeah if were to run a DNP cycle today i would do:
Diet: orange juice, low fat chocolate milk, oysters, soda, egg yolks (in a protein shake w/ milk & cacao powder + sugar/dextrose)
Supplementation: Thyroid, B-complex, magnesium, potassium, b3 (low dose 3-4 times daily), Vitamin D, Vitamin E and Vitamin K, Antihistamine (benedryl)
Activity: as much walking as possible

200's barely noticeable. just dump it all 20min before bed and u'll probably be fine in the morning. definitely by lunch

Everybodys tolerance to it is different, some can run 600mg and be fine and some can be in 200 mg and in extreme pain
