Second month on tret

It's my second month using tretinoin 0.025% and my skin keeps getting worse, it looks like I have better skin quality like it's glowy and all that shit, but I have like 10 pimples all on my face. I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong or smthn but any advice would be appreciated

That's the purge normal at month . It's pushing everything that was forming under the skin to the surface faster. The glow means it's working, the breakouts mean there's still stuff to clear out. Don't quit or lower the dose, month 3 to 4 is when it starts turning around for most If it's reaally bad you can add a benzoyl peroxide in the morning to kill the active stuff while tret does its thing underneath. By month 4 to 5 your skin will be clearer than it's ever been just push through it rn.
