yes please do considering upping it, you’re hormones are fluctuating a lot most likely and a higher freq will help situate that problem.

I feel like 500 bloats you so badly it’s insane even with epleronone. I’ve seen ppl hop on. I think just stay at Low dose with perfect ancillaries
