Their study used herbs from HT042, but consists of 23 ingredients in total . Total dosage per day of the Chinese herb formula was around 4-5g/day. It'll take some time to break down the ingredients in English.

Dosage for Korean HT042 conducted on children aged 7-12 were 1,500mg/day, so there's a need to scale it up for a teen/adult.
