ive been trying to increase my igf-1 levels but im stuck inbetween secretagogues and the real thing. do secretagogues actually make significant differences or do i need to hop on synthetic hgh for real results?

i want to avoid the bloating and the pituitary suppression if possible but im not interested in minimal results
