Yea I used to follow Ray Peat hardcore like 8 years ago. He said PUFA was poison. Eventually I found that for some people yes lowering PUFA is better. But I also read more about PUFA and saw that it's not the poison it's made out to be at all. I think it's actually less diabetes inducing than saturated fats.

I do like Ray Peat but he used hormones and all types of crap to make his diet work. Most people who eat Ray Peat diet get sick after being on it for a while. It's unbalanced.
